Registration deadline

Please register online by 15 October 2026 at 23:59 CET to ensure a smooth and quick arrival at the conference. Please do not leave your registration until the last minute or plan to register onsite, as there may be long waiting times. Cash payments are not accepted onsite.

Quick and easy access to the venue

Once registered, your personal QR code will be available in your profile in the ABIM App. You will need it to enter the conference.

Please take a screenshot of your QR code or print it out before travelling, in case you do not have Wi-Fi when you arrive.

How does it work?

  • Have your QR code ready on your mobile device or as a printout.
  • Scan it at a self-printing station in the entrance area. Doors open at 07:00 AM from Tuesday to Thursday.
  • Your name badge will be printed automatically.
  • Fold the badge and attach a lanyard.
  • Enjoy the conference!

IBMA members

*IBMA members receive a 15% discount on the 3-day conference fee when providing their IBMA membership number before proceeding with payment. The number can be found on the membership certificate. The same IBMA membership number applies to all employees of the member company. Please note that only fully paid-up members are entitled to receive a reduced conference fee. If you have any questions or don’t have a membership number, please contact membership(at)ibma-global.org before registering. Differences arising from failure to provide the IBMA membership number will not be refunded.

Name changes / transfer of registration

In the event of a cancellation, the registration can be transferred to another person:

  1. Open your confirmation email
  2. Select 'manage your registration'
  3. Click on the button 'Transfer registration'
  4. Enter name and email address of person attending

Name changes are free of charge. 

Cancellation policy and T&C

  • up to and including 18 September 2026, an administration fee of 20% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • up to and including 2 October 2026, an administration fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • after 2 October 2026, the registration charges are payable in full and no refund will be given.

Cancellations must be made in writing to conference(at)abim.ch.

The registration fee covers:

  • Access to all sessions and workshops for all conference days
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Access to the poster exhibition
  • Participation in the 1-to-1 meetings
  • Use of the semi-private meeting rooms
  • Catering during the conference (business breakfasts, water stations, coffee breaks, lunches and aperitifs)
  • Possibility to interact with other registered participants through the Attendee Hub and the event app
  • Use of the supervised cloakroom
  • Access to the presentations for download after the conference
