IBMA members

*IBMA members receive a 10% discount on the 3-day conference fee when providing their IBMA membership number before proceeding with payment. The number can be found on the membership certificate or on the membership fee invoice. The same IBMA membership number applies to all employees of the member company. Please note that only fully paid-up members are entitled to receive a reduced conference fee. If you have any questions or don’t have a membership number, please contact administration(at)ibma-global.org before registering. Differences arising from failure to provide the IBMA membership number will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy and T&C

  • up to and including 20 September 2024, an administration fee of 20% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • up to and including 4 October 2024, an administration fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • after 4 October 2024, the registration charges are payable in full and no refund will be given.

Cancellations must be made in writing to conference(at)abim.ch.

Name changes

In the event of a cancellation, a replacement person can be sent to the conference with a written notification to conference(at)abim.ch stating the following details:

  • Name of the person who will not be attending
  • Full name of the person who will attend instead
  • Email address of the new person
  • Mobile phone number of the new person
  • Job title of the new person

Name changes are free of charge.

    The registration fee covers:

    • Access to all sessions and workshops for all conference days
    • Access to the exhibition
    • Access to the poster exhibition
    • Participation in the 1-to-1 meetings 
    • Use of the semi-private meeting rooms
    • Catering during the conference (business breakfasts, water stations, coffee breaks, lunches and aperitifs)
    • Possibility to interact with other registered participants through the Attendee Hub and the event app 
    • Use of the supervised cloakroom
    • Access to the presentations for download after the conference
