IBMA members

*IBMA members receive a 15% discount on the 3-day conference fee when providing their IBMA membership number before proceeding with payment. The number can be found on the membership certificate. The same IBMA membership number applies to all employees of the member company. Please note that only fully paid-up members are entitled to receive a reduced conference fee. If you have any questions or don’t have a membership number, please contact membership(at)ibma-global.org before registering. Differences arising from failure to provide the IBMA membership number will not be refunded.

Name changes / transfer of registration

In the event of a cancellation, the registration can be transferred to another person:

  1. Open your confirmation email
  2. Select 'manage your registration'
  3. Click on the button 'Transfer registration'
  4. Enter name and email address of person attending

Name changes are free of charge. 

Cancellation policy and T&C

  • up to and including 18 September 2026, an administration fee of 20% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • up to and including 2 October 2026, an administration fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • after 2 October 2026, the registration charges are payable in full and no refund will be given.

Cancellations must be made in writing to conference(at)abim.ch.

The registration fee covers:

  • Access to all sessions and workshops for all conference days
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Access to the poster exhibition
  • Participation in the 1-to-1 meetings
  • Use of the semi-private meeting rooms
  • Catering during the conference (business breakfasts, water stations, coffee breaks, lunches and aperitifs)
  • Possibility to interact with other registered participants through the Attendee Hub and the event app
  • Use of the supervised cloakroom
  • Access to the presentations for download after the conference
