Online registration for ABIM 2026 will open in May 2026. The conference fees will be published in February 2026.
IBMA members
*IBMA members receive a 15% discount on the 3-day conference fee when providing their IBMA membership number before proceeding with payment. The number can be found on the membership certificate or on the membership fee invoice. The same IBMA membership number applies to all employees of the member company. Please note that only fully paid-up members are entitled to receive a reduced conference fee. If you have any questions or don’t have a membership number, please contact administration(at)ibma-global.org before registering. Differences arising from failure to provide the IBMA membership number will not be refunded.
The registration fee covers:
- Access to all sessions and workshops for all conference days
- Access to the exhibition
- Access to the poster exhibition
- Participation in the 1-to-1 meetings
- Use of the semi-private meeting rooms
- Catering during the conference (business breakfasts, water stations, coffee breaks, lunches and aperitifs)
- Possibility to interact with other registered participants through the Attendee Hub and the event app
- Use of the supervised cloakroom
- Access to the presentations for download after the conference
