We encourage you to register online by latest 15 October 2025 23:59 CET to receive your QR code, which you need to enter the conference.
Please do not plan your registration last minute and on site as there may be long waiting times. We do not accept cash payments onsite.

Quick and easy access to the venue
No need to queue to collect your name badge or spell your name – just print out the badge yourself when you arrive! Our admission system enables fast and convenient access to the Congress Centre. How does it work?

  • Registered attendees will receive a personal QR code by email to their registered email address on 16 October.
  • Bring the QR code with you, either as a printout or on your mobile device.
  • Scan the QR code at the self-printing stations in the entrance area. Doors open at 07:00 AM from Monday to Wednesday.
  • Your name badge will be printed out immediately at the self-printing station.
  • Fold your badge and get a lanyard.
  • Enjoy the conference!

IBMA members

*IBMA members receive a 15% discount on the 3-day conference fee when providing their IBMA membership number before proceeding with payment. The number can be found on the membership certificate or on the membership fee invoice. The same IBMA membership number applies to all employees of the member company. Please note that only fully paid-up members are entitled to receive a reduced conference fee. If you have any questions or don’t have a membership number, please contact administration(at)ibma-global.org before registering. Differences arising from failure to provide the IBMA membership number will not be refunded.

Name changes

In the event of a cancellation, a replacement person can be sent to the conference with a written notification to conference(at)abim.ch stating the following details:

  • Name and first name of the person who will not be attending
  • Name and first name of the person who will attend instead
  • Email address of the new person
  • Company of the new person
  • Country of the new person
  • Mobile phone number of the new person
  • Job title of the new person

Name changes are free of charge. After 15 October 2025, no name changes will be possible.

Cancellation policy and T&C

  • up to and including 19 September 2025, an administration fee of 20% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • up to and including 3 October 2025, an administration fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
  • after 3 October 2025, the registration charges are payable in full and no refund will be given.

Cancellations must be made in writing to conference(at)abim.ch.

The registration fee covers:

  • Access to all sessions and workshops for all conference days
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Access to the poster exhibition
  • Participation in the 1-to-1 meetings
  • Use of the semi-private meeting rooms
  • Catering during the conference (business breakfasts, water stations, coffee breaks, lunches and aperitifs)
  • Possibility to interact with other registered participants through the Attendee Hub and the event app
  • Use of the supervised cloakroom
  • Access to the presentations for download after the conference
